4 bottles mixed case of our traditional Pembrokeshire craft cider. Choose from a single variety or mix and match.

Bullfinch (Pyrrhula pyrrhula) or ‘Applebird’ in the old Pembrokeshire dialect. This shy bird often visits our orchards to snack on the apple buds. Despite them nibbling our young crops, we’re determined to provide these threatened birds with the woodland habitat they need to thrive.

A still, dry cider made with a blend of bittersweet and bittersharp cider apples. Applebird has a pleasant, lingering astringency with earthy tannins.

Wren (Troglodytes troglodytes) or ‘Cutty’ in the old Pembrokeshire dialect. A tiny bird with a very loud voice! They like eating insects so they’re a useful ally for pest control. In return, we make sure they have sheltered bushes and crevices for them to make their domed nest.

A still, medium dry cider.

Blue Tit (Cyanistes caeruleus) or ‘Siggy Wiggy’ in the old Pembrokeshire dialect. This colourful little bird is a common sight on the farm. It can often be found pecking insects off our fruit trees. By surrounding our orchards with thick, woody hedges for them to nest in, we have our resident pest control!

A still, medium cider.

Swift (Apus apus) or ‘Screamer’ in the old Pembrokeshire dialect. This annual visitor to the farm can be seen swooping over our flower meadows to catch flying insects. A young swift can spend 3 years in flight before landing, which is about the same time it takes to make our vintage cider.

A still, dry, single variety cider made using Harry Master’s Jersey bitter sweet cider apples.
